Jazz Matthews is a Texas native who enjoys reading and writing romance novels, watching various movies and listening to music. She has always enjoyed writing stories since she was eight and started writing romance novels when she was seventeen. She loves writing contemporary love stories against harden but sweet heroes who turn soft due to the love of their leading women.

NOTC is the first story Matthews has ever published by Romance at Heart Publications. Jazz Matthews is currently a 20-year-old junior attending the University of Texas at Arlington, working to receive her Bachelors of Arts in Liberal Arts/Advertising.
